If I could only have one photo of myself I'd include some sort of animal and make it pretty simple and make it outside. With the picture being simple it doesn't look overcrowded like jamming everything in making it look nice. Most people with one picture only you can understand their interests and style. My photo would miss out on my hobbies, my friends, and my family.
